Beyond Photography

Ok, so, I really want to start doing photography. You may say "you already do photography. a lot. all the time. maybe too much." Yes. I do. But I want to "do photography". Like to make money, for people I know and don't know. So, I am starting with this post. Posting pics I have done of people I do know, not for money. For experience. If you like it, let me know, let your friends know, let random people know. I LOVE taking pictures. I LOVE how people react when they see them. I LOVE creating memories (Beyond Photography) for people. So, take a look and let me know and send people my way!

And here are some 1 year old pics I did for a friend...these little guys were TOUGH. (Mama knows) but they were fun and turned out cute.

Last but not least...some newborn shots. The little girl was just 7 days old and precious! She let us do whatever we wanted! The boy is Austin of course and although he is also precious, he was NOT a fan of having his picture taken. Boys are tougher? Hm. I think so.

little help?

Alright fellow bloggers and readers of blogs. I need some help. I LOVE photography. I seem to have a knack for taking pictures and editing them (yes, some need editing). I can design anything you want on the computer, I have a crazy creative bone that God gave me. BUT, I can't think of a name for my photography for the life of me. Sooooo...do we have any suggestions? I am open to anything!!! I am going to be launching a photography site here soon as the weather is getting better (around here at least) and I should be able to pick up some photography jobs. I figure I can't keep sending people to my family blog, so...I need a name! 

Need an incentive? I'll do a free photo shoot of your family if you get the winning name. How about that?! :-) I am DESPERATE here.

On a side note, here are some photos I took of Courtney this week. I drive by this abandoned church about every day and have wanted to take photos there for some time. It was a beautiful day and Courtney was excited to take pictures...with Nemo of course. She is our precious gift from God, that is for sure! (Totally stole the Bible verse off your blog, Kate) 

Brown Shoot

It's been so long since I posted, I guess I have been busy! Here is my latest 'project'. Last weekend I took photos of the Brown families. Five kids; almost 2 - 8!!! Oh, it was interesting. Really, it wasn't that bad. The Brown family is so sweet and the kids are just darling. Thanks for having me take your pics, Alicia!!!

Side note: I am officially 'photographing'. Is that even how I say that? I don't think so. Angela? Anyway, I will post my prices soon, but I am open for business. (I'm not expensive, only Paul says I am)

On a side side note: I will be doing a regular blog tomorrow (I hope!) with pics of the kids, our kids that is.

Hatmaker Shoot

Today I met the Hatmakers in Springdale at HAR-BER Meadows. I totally stole the location from the Kennedy's but I don't they will mind. Apparently it is a popular spot as we ran into The J. Floyds there. Anyway, it was freezing but the kids did awesome and we got some cute pictures. Here are a few of my favorites. Sarah is the little girl and she is sooooooooo photogenic. She was done by the end but I was able to get a few more shots of her that were adorable. Ethan is the little man and he's just stinkin' precious! He didn't fuss one single time!
